Return & Exchange Policy

At Sigma Sold, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency in our policies. Please review the following guidelines before making a purchase.

 

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final.

 

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The request is accompanied by the original sales receipt

The product is returned in its original Sigma Sold packaging

The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

All original tags must be intact and attached

Additional Terms

If the price of an item is marked down due to a sale or promotion, any exchange will be made only at the new discounted price.

Used or misused products are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged merchandise must be reported:

Within 3 days of purchase (in-store)

Within 3 days of delivery (online purchases)

Exchange and claims processing may take up to 3 weeks.

No exchanges will be accepted during sale or promotional periods.

Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

Accessories — including jewelry, undergarments, handbags, sunglasses, and belts — are non-exchangeable.
